It is essential to keep your equipment working during service. To help keep working as it should, it is good practice to clean the surrounds and any removable parts. Drip trays should be emptied and cleaned as regular as possible to stop any build up of cooled fat or grease in unwanted places. 

Know how long it takes the oven to heat up to the required temperature to save fuel.
